Maximizing Pre-Tax Benefits: Integrating FSAs, HSAs and Beyond

When: Wednesday, April 10, 2024 from 2:00pm - 3:30pm EST

Medical and Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs) are popular vehicles that can help employees manage their healthcare budget as they allow employees to pay for medical and dependent care expenses with pre-tax dollars. Employers can also stack other pre-tax benefits, like Health Savings Accounts (HSA) and Health Reimbursement Arrangements (HRA) alongside their FSA to further enhance employee benefits packages. However, there are several IRS regulations that an employer and the participants must follow in order for the plans to be compliant.

During this presentation, McNeil Lunenburg, TASC Regional Sales Director, will present the following topics:

  • FSA background: medical and dependent care accounts overview
  • What laws do FSAs need to comply with?
  • How can FSAs interact with Health Savings Accounts (HSA) and Health Reimbursement Accounts (HRA)?
  • Popular post-tax benefit accounts that employers should consider
  • Benefits of TASC's Universal Benefit Account (UBA) System

For the first 60 minutes, McNeil will present on the above topics. The remaining time will be devoted to Q&A and insight into TASC's UBA Administration.  Join us to learn how you can elevate your FSA program!

This presentation is not eligible for CE credits.
